While all care is taken to ensure that your PAK-IT® arrives in good shape and ready to use, occasionally you may receive products that are not up to our usual high standards. We will replace all damaged product that might occur at our manufacturing facility as long as it's reported within fourteen days of receipt. Any damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the customer who takes title to the product once it leaves the plant.

In the rare event that you need a replacement:

Please check your shipment upon receipt.
If there is any damage, please contact us within 14 days.
We'll either replace the entire shipment or send you replacement paks at our discretion--and we'll even cover the freight!

Please note that PAK-IT® has an optimal shelf life of up to two years. Try to avoid extremes in temperature when you store these solutions. While they are perfectly fine in a wide range of areas, for best performance they should be stored in a room between 55 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

With a failure rate of less than .05% -- it is a rarity to find problems with our shipments. Our quality control department takes great care in shipping our product, but occasionally a "leaker" may open in transit. If you ever have one that fails to please, just let us know and we'll send you a replacement on us.
